AZOMITE^® is used in aquaculture feed for mineral supplementation and as a pond water treatment to stimulate plankton growth.

In theory, minerals should be applied to plants that pass the minerals on to the birds, fish and animals. In practice, however, the minerals can be added directly to the feed. This has been confirmed in several university studies that reported significant improvements when AZOMITE^® was added directly to the feed at 0.3% to 1% of the total feed mix.
